Servpac partners with American Savings Bank to collocate its data

Servpac, Hawaii's cloud solution, announced a partnership agreement with American Savings Bank to "collocate" its data, or retain its data in privately housed servers and networking equipment at its newly completed, MTP Data Center. Servpac is working with ASB to transition the bank's legacy server room infrastructure into a secure private cage within the MTP data hall, according to a press release.

The MTP Data Center by Servpac is Hawaii's premier data facility for colocation and cloud computing solutions. The center, located on Oahu, is a category 4 hurricane resistant structure and offers enhanced security and business continuity features to keep information safe and accessible.

"By partnering with Servpac to keep our information technology systems operational and secure, we are able to focus our energy on providing our customers with an excellent experience. With Servpac, we know that our equipment is secure and well-maintained and 24-hour support is available if we need it," John O'Boyle, vice president of business continuity management at American Bank said in the release.
