Security Vault Works names industry veteran Pellegrino as president

Security Vault Works Inc., a provider of self-service kiosks and ATMs for the banking industry, has named veteran industry executive Nick Pellegrino as its president, while company founder Tim Abell will become chairman, according to a company press release.

Pellegrino will be responsible for integration strategy and implementation and will manage day-to-day operations. The company was acquired in 2019 by private equity firm Lincolnshire Management Inc., as was Powerhouse and One Source Security and Sound.

"Nick has a wealth of experience integrating and growing businesses, and he will work closely with the team to lead Security Vault Works to a new level," Abell said, in the  release.

Pellegrino brings 30 years of experience to the company. He previously was executive vice president and general manager of fulfillment and parcel services at Newgistics, a company that was sold to Pitney Bowes in 2017.

Pellegrino played a key role in orchestrating the sale of the firm to Pitney Bowes and helped lead the integration of the firms, according to the release.
