Rellevate LLC, a digital banking fintech company, has teamed with Cardtronics to provide surcharge-free cash access through over 55,000 of Cardtronics' Allpoint Network  ATMs located in retail stores, grocery and convenience stores, pharmacies and big-box stores, according to a company press release.
