Pollo Tropical offering contactless experience via app upgrade
Pollo Tropical has launched curbside pick-up service, which allows customers to park at the restaurant and have their orders delivered to their cars, and even placed in their trunks, for a contactless experience, according to a company press release. The capability is one of the many new features of the chain's mobile app, which also allows users to browse the menu and place an order for pick up or delivery, track and redeem MyPollo rewards, save favorite orders and receive exclusive perks and discounts.
"We're thrilled to launch our brand new state-of-the-art app with many new features that our fans will love! With the launch of this new app and our new curbside pick-up service, satisfying your Pollo cravings is easier than ever before. We're able to give guests exactly what they want when they want it, and as conveniently as possible," said Patricia Lopez-Calleja, SVP of Guest Engagement for Fiesta Restaurant Group, the parent company of Pollo Tropical.
Users earn $5 in-app gift certificates for every 75 points in purchases, and each dollar earns a point. Any and all existing MyPollo points and data will automatically upload into the new app from the previous edition. For more information visit the Pollo Tropical website at www.PolloTropical.com, according to the release.
