Paytronix, a provider of reward program products to restaurants and retailers, recently completed an integration with Apple Pay that will enable merchant patrons to pay with the mobile wallet while also redeeming loyalty points with a single smartphone tap at the physical point of sale, according to a company blog post.

The company demonstrated the new capability this past week at the NRA Innovation Summit Apple Partner Showcase in Austin.

Paytronix noted its software will automatically calculate progress to rewards and real-time reward redemption.
