Lavu, a maker of mobile point-of-sale systems entered an agreement with the Dining Alliance, a group purchasing organization for restaurants, to market their respective technologies to members and customers.

The Dining Alliance will market Lavu's mobile POS system, which is an iPad-based device for restaurants and bars that includes payment processing, inventory management and other features.

Lavu, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will market FoodBAM, a proprietary inventory management technology from Dining Alliance, to its customers.
