Jack in the Box is giving customers an incentive to use the company's mobile app for ordering by offering 25% off the entire order when it's placed via the app. 

"We want to send a note to say 'thank you' — whether you're at home with your kids, working 29-hour shifts at the hospital or restocking shelves as quickly as possible, everyone deserves a little help," said the company in its release about the offer. "At Jack in the Box we're here to support our local communities and we want to make sure during this time of uncertainty."

The Jack app also provides contactless ordering and payment for drive-thru orders. When customers arrive at the restaurant speaker box, they then give their names, pick up the order and go, the brand said.
