In a joint venture, Bill.com, a cloud-based software provider and Wells Fargo have introduced Bill Manager, a paperless way to help automate and simplify the accounts payable and receivable process for small to midsize businesses, according to a press release.

Bill Manager integrates cloud-based financial operations software into Wells Fargo's digital banking service, Commercial Electronic Office, giving businesses a rapid way to pay bills and get paid.

With Bill Manager, customers electronically capture incoming paper bills and invoices, and digitally route them through a workflow process for review and approval. The program can also sync transactions, track invoices and store documents such as vendor related contracts online.

"Collaborating with a leading fintech like Bill.com solves a critical customer need – managing and paying bills in a consistent way," Chris Noe, senior vice president and head of treasury management product innovation and partnerships at Wells Fargo said in the release.
