Noodles & Co. teams with on financial wellness benefits

Noodles & Co., a Colorado-based chain of more than 450 restaurants, announced an agreement with, to provide a suite of financial wellness tools, including InstaPay, to its team of more than 10,000 employees starting Sept. 25th, 

Even allows workers at participating companies to access up to 50% of their pay in advance, and also allows workers to put up to 10% of their pay into an FDIC insured deposit account that is managed by Even. 

"Our team members are at the core of our business, and as a result, at the core of our current business turnaround," a spokesperson said via email. "One of the ways we attract, inspire, engage and retain talented team members is by offering a thoughtful benefits package that shows we care about them and their families."

Noodles & Co. said it provides some of the most comprehensive benefits in the restaurant industry, including up to $10,000 for adoption assistance, paid paternity leave, 100% pay for six weeks of maternity leave.
